Our real estate practice is multi-faceted, split between the representation of national lending institutions, and the representation of individuals in the purchase, sale or refinance of residential, commercial and industrial properties. As lender’s closing counsel, our closing department is dedicated to the needs of the borrower. We strive not only to bring a closing to conclusion, but to also make the process leading to closing as expeditious and informative as possible. In this position, our office is integral in the coordination of cooperative satisfaction and loan assignments for our institutional clients.
Our private clients realize quickly that although they may be working with an individual attorney, the support of the entire firm is at their disposal. Our intimate setting allows us to make every client feel like they are our only client, as we navigate the waters from contract signing to closing. These private clients commonly utilize our legal services for the acquisition, sale, leasing and financing of commercial, industrial and residential real estate properties.
With three (3) offices strategically located, we pride ourselves on being accessible to our clients and their geographical needs wherever they arise.
Through our litigation department, we are also available for representation of clients in landlord-tenant disputes and frequently appear on behalf of landlords in all New York courts.
