Staff Biographies

Thomas A. Toscano

Mr. Toscano attended Long Island University and graduated in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He then attended the Adelphi University Paralegal Program, graduating in 1983. In 1987, he earned his Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law evening program, while working full time as a real estate paralegal. Mr. Toscano gained admission to the New York State Bar in January of 1988, and was later admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern, and Southern, Districts of New York. He is a member of the New York State and American Bar Associations.

Mr. Toscano’s experience encompasses all aspects of commercial and residential real estate, including conveyances, foreclosure, financing and leasing. Mr. Toscano is also responsible for the firm’s substantial business transaction practice, including stock/asset transfer transactions. Mr. Toscano lends his experience to the firm’s litigation group, where he handles construction disputes and landlord/tenant matters.
